COORDINATES – 38.9 NORTH 141.8 EAST
LOCATION – NEAR THE EAST COAST OF HONSHU JAPAN
MAGNITUDE – 6.8 MOMENT
Based on all available data, a destructive Pacific-Wide Tsunami is not expected and there is no Tsunami threat to Hawaii according to the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center.
