UH Hilo softball coach resigns



(KPUA) The University of Hawai`i at Hilo has announced the resignation of Head Softball Coach Jaime Wallin, effective June 30, 2014. Wallin leaves the program with a 113-73 record and a .608 winning percentage during her four years. During her first three years, the program produced 11 all-conference and five all-region players as well as two Pacific West Conference Players of the Year. 

The 2013 squad finished 39-19, shared the PacWest championship and earned an NCAA Division II automatic berth. The squad also produced her first PacWest Player of the Year and Newcomer of the Year.
