A study suggests that lack of sleep tends to prioritize ourselves over our partner and become complete jerks. We forget the little things, like saying “thank you.” The study, out of UC Berkeley, found that if “you slept like a baby, but your partner didn’t, you’ll probably both end up grouchy.”
