(Ken Hupp - KPUA) The U.S. Postal Service is anticipating delivering 18 billion pieces of mail between Thanksgiving and Christmas this year. Postal officials say Hawai`i residents and businesses should be sure to mail first class and priority cards and packages to the
mainland by December 18, to ensure delivery in time for Christmas.
