Big Island facing unstable weather

We apparently havent seen the last of the inclement weather that drenched parts of the Big Island at the end of the year. The National Weather Service says remnants of the cold front that passed over the islands last week combined with a new system that brought lightning, hail and heavy showers to O`ahu Sunday, will create unstable weather conditions through Wednesday.

Forecasters say the storm systems will bring a chance of heavy showers, thunder storms and even snow to the Big Island summits.
