The Hawaii State Department of Health is reporting as of Noon today 13 positive cases of COVID-19 in the State of Hawaii including the first known case on Hawai’i Island. Details of the Hawai’i Island case are limited at this time , Hawaii County officials confirmed that it is woman visiting from out of state and that she is currently self-quarantined in a hotel room in Hilo.
