Kona gets 3 visitors on Friday–State gets 345 visitors

The Hawaii Tourism Authority says on Friday, 1,003 people arrived in the state, which included 4 crew members and 3 visitors coming to Kona.   Statewide visitors numbered 345, and 72 said they were relocating to Hawaii.  The charts below reflect information collected by the State Department of Transportation for flights coming from out of state.

The Governor has said he plans to make an announcement soon about loosening interisland transportation, possibly waiving the 14-day quarantine, and also said he plans to extend the 14-day quarantine for out-of-state arrivals beyond June 30, but has given no dates.
