South Korea’s situation is often cited, in that by the end of February they had the most cases in the world outside of China. But now, they have one of the lowest death tolls. The Atlantic is just one example of a publication that’s talked about how the country did it –aggressive contact tracing, extensive testing, isolation, and hospitalization of victims when appropriate.
