State adds 12 COVID cases on O’ahu, 5 on Kaua’i

The state has added 17 new cases of COVID-19 as of the Thursday, June 25, 2020 noon report by State Department of Health.

Kaua’i had a jump of 5 cases, and on Wednesday afternoon media sources were reporting that they were mostly in one family.

O’ahu added 12 cases, but one was removed from the O’ahu count because of updated testing information.

The state has 851 cases now, with 696 released from isolation and the rest being monitored by the State DOH.

The state has had 17 deaths, but none new.  Eleven of the deaths were on O’ahu and 6 in Maui County.
