Kona gets 62 nonresidents on Thursday

The Hawaii Tourism Authority says that on Thursday, 1,722 people flew into the state.  Kona International Airport had 3 flights, which included 51 visitors, 11 people who said they were relocating to Hawaii, and 46 visitors.

The chart does not show interisland flights.  All people coming in from out of state are subject to the 14-day mandatory quarantine until August 1, when those voluntarily providing a COVID-19 test taken within the previous 72 hours and showing negative will not be subject to the quarantine.
