Ironman Foundation Donates One Million Dollars To Fight Hunger On Hawaiʻi Island

The IRONMAN Foundation has pledged 1 million dollars in support of IRONMAN Hawaiʻi’s Kahiau Together program.

According to a press release from The IRONMAN Foundation, Kahiau Together is a drive thru food distribution program and aid station that distributes local food bundles and provides grants to local non-profit organizations that support Hawaiʻi Island food banks.

The next Kahiau Together event will take place on Monday, February 15 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Kona International Marketplace.

Kahiau Together Grant applications are available to local non-profits.  Health and food supply related non-profit organizations with COVID-19 response programs are encouraged to apply. Click here to access the Kahiau Together grant application.
