Love’s Bakery announced it would be permanently closing all of their operations at the end of March 2021.
A notice signed by Love’s Interim President, Daryce Hamamote, says all of the company’s 231 employees will be terminated.
The decision to close was based on various factors stemming from the negative impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic including a dramatic decline in sales, delays from mainland ingredient and equipment suppliers as well the inability to qualify for a second PPP loan.
