Hilo Medical Center is now allowing those 50 years and older to pre-register for the COVID Vaccine. The link for early registration can be accessed here: https://www.hilomedicalcenter.org/covid-19-vaccine-sign-up-information.
Applications will be processed on March 24, 2021 and appointments will be based on availability at the Edith Kanakaole Multipurpose Stadium mass vaccination clinic taking place on Saturday, April 3, 2021 and Saturday, April 24, 2021 .
Recipients looking to schedule their vaccination appointments at the mass vaccination clinics must be able to physically endure a mile walk and stand for 30 minutes. Individuals with physical limitations can make an appointment at Hilo Medical Center’s Kupuna-Friendly clinic which is open weekdays from 8:00 am-4:00 pm. at the Arc of Hilo located on 1099 Waianuenue Avenue.
