Kauaʻi Extended Furlough Inmate Fails to Return to Community Residence

On Sunday, February 13, Kauaʻi Community Correctional Center (KCCC) extended furlough inmate Ricardo Navor Jr. did not  return to his community residence on time.  A bench warrant was issued for his arrest after Kauaʻi Police and Sheriffs were notified.

47 year old Navor Jr. is described as being 5’7” tall, weighing 200 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. He is classified as community custody which is the lowest custody level.  He is serving time for Promoting a Dangerous Drug

An escape charge is expected to be added. Navor’s next parole hearing was scheduled for this month.

Inmates in the extended furlough program live and work outside of the facility.

Anyone who has information on Navor’s whereabouts is urged to call 911.
