Kauaʻi Community Correctional Center (KCCC) extended furlough inmate Ricardo Navor Jr. was arrested by Kauaʻi Police and returned to KCCC.
Navor Jr., who is serving time serving time for Promoting a Dangerous Drug, failed to return to his community residence on February 13, 2022.
His next parole hearing was scheduled for this month, an escape charge is expected to be added.
