James Kealoha Beach Park in South Hilo is open following a repaving of the park’s roadway and parking areas.
The park’s one-way traffic pattern has been reestablished coupled with a new system of reverse angled parking. New signs have been placed throughout the park to advise motorists of proper paring stall usage and prohibited parking areas.
