Hawai‘i Island police are renewing their request for public assistance in locating 14-year-old Kamalii M.K. Lawelawe.
Lawelawe, who was previously reported as a runaway, was last seen at his home near Kealakehe on July 3, 2022. At the time he was wearing white shorts, a white aloha print shirt, and a small blue backpack.
He is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, 130 pounds, with short curly reddish hair and brown eyes.
Police ask anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311 or contact Officer Jeremiah Hull of the Area II Juvenile Aid Section at (808) 326-4646, ext. 302.
