On September 26, HPD dispatch received a 911 call where they heard a female and male arguing.
Kona patrol officers responded to the possible domestic dispute and conducted a search of the area where they were initially unable to locate the parties involved, however, they did locate a trail of blood leading into a residential unit. At the same time, officers were notified that Delos Santos had been dropped off at the Kailua-Kona fire station with injuries and was being transported to Kona Community Hospital for treatment.
