This week, the 11th Airborne Division will conduct an airborne jump over Pōhakuloa Training Area (PTA) as part of the JPMRC (Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center) training.
During this time, multiple C-17s will be flying toward Bradshaw Army Airfield. Paratrooper activity, which is subject to weather conditions, is expected to begin around 7 a.m.
Drivers are strongly advised to refrain from stopping on Daniel K. Inouye Highway to watch the training.
The exercise demonstrates the 11th Airborne’s commitment to readiness in the Pacific region.
