Hawai’i Island police are renewing their request for assistance in locating 33-year-old Justina Alves of Ocean View who is wanted on outstanding bench warrants and for questioning in four other criminal investigations.
Alves, who is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, 125 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes and a tattoo on her left neck area that reads “Ronald,” is known to frequent South Kona and Ocean View.
