Big Island residents are invited to attend Coffee With a Cop events this October. These monthly meet ups are designed to give the public an opportunity to get to know their law enforcement officers in a casual environment while enjoying refreshments. Conversation topics can range from community issues to personal anecdotes.

- Friday, October 18 – 8am-10am – Kona Heaven Coffee Co., Coconut Grove Marketplace, 75-5805 Ali‘i Drive
- Wednesday, October 23 – 8am-10am – Uncle Kimo’s Coffee Shop, 76-5897 Kona Belt Road, Holualoa
- Thursday, October 31 – 8am-10am – Kona Coffee & Tea, Kona Coast Shopping Center, 74-5588 Palani Road
