The island’s (and the state’s) prisons and jails are overcrowded, and even under normal circumstances, that’s not good–but with the potential of spreading COVID-19, it could be deadly and also overstress our island’s hospitals.  County Prosecutor Mitch Roth talks with host Sherry Bracken about how the court system has changed because of COVID-19 and what the status is of jail and prison releases.
