State adds 4 new COVID cases–none added to Hawaii, Maui, Kaua’i counties

The State Department of Health reports 4 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the 24 hours ending at noon on Wednesday.    Three cases are on O’ahu and 1 is a Hawaii resident who is out of state.  The CDC reporting mandates reporting the home state of any confirmed cases.  The State’s total positive count is 613.

Maui County is holding at 115, with 83 released from isolation, Hawaii County  is holding at 70 cases (53 released), and Kaua’i County has 21, with 20 released.  O’ahu has 399 cases in total, with 360 released from isolation.

One case is a Lanai resident who’s exposure is on Maui Island and who will be remaining on Maui Island for the interim
